door roster We have decided to set a lock-up time of 19:40, ten minutes after the start of rehearsal.
There will be a notice on the door with a mobile number, just is case you arrive after this time.
   
locking up One of our responsibilities is to ensure the school is securely locked when we leave.
If you feel that you can help by becoming one of those responsible for this duty, please let Betty or Mike know.
   
time Rehearsal extension
The school has allowed us an extension unitl 22:00.
If we are to improve as a band, we need to rehearse more. More often, is beyond our members' availability so we are left with more time. We would like to make good use of the extra time and would appreciate your thoughts on this matter.
   
tuner If you own an electronic tuner, please bring it along to band so that we can improve the tuning of the chords in the pieces (one in each section would be very helpful).
   
baton Notifying Mike of your absences is helping a great deal in organising rehearsals and concerts.
   
water valves Please remember to bring a cloth or newspaper to catch water from the instruments.
   
shirt Band uniforms are $25 each, payable to Jackie Cody.  I am not able to distribute to you without the money being paid up front which I'm sure you will understand.
